The Korean government has planned a 230 billion won for developing online learning. They will set up a committee in January 2006 to help Korean small and medium businesses build an e-learning infrastructure. The initiative will be carried out by Korea's Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy. The Korean government has also planned to inject 18 billion won to set up an e-learning industry support center to aid enterprises that lack e-learning systems and equipment.
